32. ST ANDREWS PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH Pembroke Dock

 32. ST ANDREWS PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH

It was first established as 'Gershom' in Queens Street in 1837. The present building dates from 1866 and is unusual for a Non-conformist church in that it has three stained glass windows. It is built in an Italian Gothic style in grey squared limestone with prominent red brick and bath stone features. The large basement that served as a Sunday school could seat 750 persons. The church underwent extensive renovations in 1881 which involved re-roofing and improving the acoustics of the building.
