'Liz Cook is new councillor who's proud to hail from
Bufferland but has for the past 24 years has been very
happy living in Stranraer Road in Pennar with her
husband Mike. They have 16 year old twin daughters who
are currently both studying in Pembrokeshire College.
Liz is employed as a Community Development Officer with
Monkton Communities First in Pembroke.
Liz sits on the Town Council's Tourism Committee and
is the Treasurer of Pennar Community Hall (St Patrick's)
and an active member of Pennar and Bufferland Community
Association.
Her interests are reading, live music, trying to
paint watercolours and allowing Poppy, her dad's Jack
Russell, to take her for regular walks on Freshwater
West Beach which is Liz's most favourite place on earth.
