Imble Lane ground today to bowl the first ball
in the clubs regular Charity/Fun Day....more

The Mayor
of Pembroke Dock Councillor Paul
Weatherall along with the Deputy
Mayor Councillor Ron Watts and the Mayor
of Pembroke Councillor Keith McNiffe
today the 6th of July 2007 hosted a
reception for members of Pembroke
School, Netball and Hockey teams
at the Pater Community Hall Both
Teams are about to leave Wales for a
match tour in South Africa. The Mayor's
presented Welsh Slate Plagues and
various other items to exchange with the
schools they are playing on the tour.,
Bredasdorp High School,
Langa High School,
Menlo Park High School and
Sans Souci Girls High School. We
wish the girl bon-voyage, have a great
time. We here at the web project will be
waiting with baited breath for a report
of your successes in the African
Continent |

The Mayor Councillor Paul Weatherall attends
Royal Maritime Auxiliary Service (RMAS) Tribute
A Church Service within the Depot
of the Royal Maritime Auxiliary Service at
Pembroke Dock was held on Sunday 24th June 2007.
The Service was held as a tribute to those who
work in the Royal Maritime Auxiliary Service
(RMAS) which will be stood down later in the
year and to commemorate the cessation of the
Dockyard Port. |

The Mayor Councillor Paul
Weatherall and Lady Mayoress
took time out from a busy
schedule with Mid-Summer
Festival Duties to call in at
the newly refurbished Red Cross
Charity Shop in St. Governs
Centre this morning Tuesday 19th
June 2007. The Mayor meet
volunteers and staff. To
assist the Mayor with the
ceremony was Linda Weekly who
has be at the shop for 17 years,
they cut the pink ribbon to
officially open the shop The
Mayor and party went on to check
out the goodies available in
the new shop. The Regional
manager for Wales and West
British Red Cross Retail, Gareth
Morgan explained the British Red
Cross had worked with the
developers to improve the
shopping experience for their
customers and that Pembroke Dock
was one of the first of 20
stores all over the UK to be
selected for
refurbishment. The shop manager
Andrea Senkal went on to praise
the new look and sent thanks to
all the volunteers and customers
for all there hard work and
support |

Civic Dinner 11th May 2007 |

Councillor Paul Weatherall was last
night (Thursday 10th May 2007) appointed Mayor of Pembroke Dock for
2007/2008, his deputy will be Councillor Ron Watts.
Tonight (Friday 11th May 2007) a civic dinner to celebrate his
inauguration was held at Cleddau Bridge Hotel. As Paul's first official
duty as Mayor he was pleased to welcome his fellow Councillors from
Pembroke Dock, Mayor's from towns around Pembrokeshire, the Mayors
Chaplin The Reverend Andrew Davies and other noted guests. He was also
pleased to welcome on her first official function as Assembly Member for
our part of Pembrokeshire, Mrs Angela Burns who was accompanied by her
husband.
